I went to the quilt shop today to help my ladies that are taking the ASJ class from me. One poor lady hadn't done her counting and ended up with one side twenty stitches different than the other. I comforted her as she frogged and started over. We decided unless she had a withered arm it wasn't going to fly. I cried for her....
I took my camera and took pictures of the sample I knit for the class. The lady in the picture is the owner of the sweater. The quilt shop needed a sample, she had asked me if I would knit her a sweater so the ultimate barter was created. The quilt shop donated the yarn, which they get to keep on display until June. Doreen (my hairdresser) gets the sweater and I get free haircuts. What a deal!
